moa apartment
This project involves the complete renovation of a 71m² apartment, originally delivered by the developer with generic finishes and no defined character. The main goal was to transform the space into a home with identity, comfort, and spatial quality, through changes in layout and materiality.
The intervention began with the reorganization of the original floor plan, resulting in an expanded living room and a more fluid and functional circulation flow. This reconfiguration allowed for better integration of the spaces and enhanced the apartment's social experience.
In the social area, the combination of materials was designed to create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. Natural wood brings warmth, while exposed concrete and darker tones introduce striking points of contrast, balanced by light and neutral surfaces that enhance brightness and a sense of openness.
In the apartment’s more private core, the closet was entirely clad in a vibrant yellow, creating a sensory surprise and reinforcing the project’s unique character.
The renovation resulted in an apartment that reflects the personality of its residents, balancing functionality and aesthetics through thoughtful choices of materials, colors, and spatial composition.
